By using this portal you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.

2. Purpose of the portal

This portal is operated by SureSwift Worldwide Inc. and exists solely to submit and track privacy rights requests to SureSwift Capital and its business units. It is not a channel for support, sales, or other inquiries.

3. Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information, or impersonating another person, may result in denial of your request and may be unlawful.

4. Authorized agents

If you submit a request on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so. We may require proof of authorization and may verify the request directly with the data subject.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the portal, including by submitting fraudulent requests, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using automated means to submit requests at scale.

6. Availability and no warranty

The portal is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability
